Problem Statement

Let SS be the set of all ordered pairs (x,y)(x,y) of integer solutions to the equation 6x2+y2+6x=3xy+6y+x2y.6x^2+y^2+6x=3xy+6y+x^2y. SS contains a unique ordered pair (a,b)(a,b) with a maximal value of bb. Compute a+ba+b.
