Problem Statement

Given a triangle ABCABC with C=90o\angle C = 90^o. a) Construct the circle with center CC, so that one of the tangents from AA to that circle is parallel to one of the tangents from BB to that circle. b) A circle with center CC has two parallel tangents passing through A and go respectively. If AC=bAC = b and BC=aBC = a, express the radius of the circle in terms of aa and bb.
