Problem Statement

Is it possible to put the numbers 0,10,1 or 22 in the unit squares of the cross-lined paper 100×100100\times 100 in such a way, that every rectangle 3×43\times 4 (and 4×34\times 3) would contain three zeros, four ones and five twos?
