Problem Statement
Sara has an ice cream cone with every meal. The cone has a height of inches and the base of the cone has a diameter of inches. Ice cream protrudes from the top of the cone in a perfect hempisphere. Find the surface area of the ice cream cone, ice cream included, in square inches.
