Problem Statement

An ordered pair (n,p)(n,p) is juicy if n21(modp2)n^{2} \equiv 1 \pmod{p^{2}} and n1(modp)n \equiv -1 \pmod{p} for positive integer nn and odd prime pp. How many juicy pairs exist such that n,p200n,p \leq 200?
