Problem Statement

Let KK be a finite field with qq elements, q≥3.q \ge 3. We denote by MM the set of polynomials in K[X]K[X] of degree q−2q-2 whose coefficients are nonzero and pairwise distinct. Find the number of polynomials in MM that have q−2q-2 distinct roots in K.K.
