Problem Statement

Let ABCABC be a triangle with circumcenter OO and incenter II, and suppose that OIOI meets ABAB and ACAC at PP and QQ, respectively. There exists a point RR on arc BAC^\widehat{BAC} such that the circumcircles of triangles PQRPQR and ABCABC are tangent. Given that AB=14AB = 14, BC=20BC = 20, and CA=26CA = 26, find RCRB\frac{RC}{RB}.
