Problem Statement

Two pairs of external tangents are drawn for the circles at A and CC and for the circles at BB and DD. These four tangents intersect to form a quadrilateral WXYZW XY Z where WX\overline{W X} and YZ\overline{Y Z} lie on the tangents through the circles on AA and CC.
