Problem Statement

Let CC be a variable interior point of a fixed segment ABAB. Equilateral triangles ACBACB' and CBACBA' are constructed on the same side and ABCABC' on the other side of the line ABAB. (a) Prove that the lines AA,BBAA' ,BB' , and CCCC' meet at some point PP. (b) Find the locus of PP as CC varies. (c) Prove that the centers A,B,CA'' ,B'' ,C'' of the three triangles form an equilateral triangle. (d) Prove that A,B,CA'' ,B'',C'' , and PP lie on a circle.
