Problem Statement

Let PP be a simple polygon completely in CC, a circle with radius 11, such that PP does not pass through the center of CC. The perimeter of PP is 3636. Prove that there is a radius of CC that intersects PP at least 66 times, or there is a circle which is concentric with CC and have at least 66 common points with PP.
