Problem Statement

Observe the set S={(x,y)Z2:x5S =\{(x, y) \in Z^2 : |x| \le 5 and 10y0}-10 \le y\le 0\}. Find the number of points PP in SS such that there exists a tangent line from PP to the parabola y=x2+1y = x^2 + 1 that can be written in the form y=mx+by = mx + b, where mm and bb are integers.
