Let ABCABC be an equilateral triangle whose angle bisectors of BB and CC intersect at DD. Perpendicular bisectors of BDBD and CDCD intersect BCBC at points EE and ZZ respectively. a) Prove that BE=EZ=ZCBE=EZ=ZC. b) Find the ratio of the areas of the triangles BDEBDE to ABCABC
