Problem Statement

We divide a natural number NN, that has kk digits, by 1919 and get a residue of 10k2Q10^{k-2} -Q, where QQ is the quotient and Q<101Q < 101. Also, 10k2Q10^{k-2}-Q is larger than 00. How many possible values of NN are there?
