Problem Statement

Let EE be the set of 198331983^3 points of the space R3\mathbb R^3 all three of whose coordinates are integers between 00 and 19821982 (including 00 and 19821982). A coloring of EE is a map from EE to the set {red, blue}. How many colorings of EE are there satisfying the following property: The number of red vertices among the 88 vertices of any right-angled parallelepiped is a multiple of 44 ?
