Problem Statement

The (Fibonacci) sequence fnf_n is defined by f1=f2=1f_1=f_2=1 and fn+2=fn+1+fnf_{n+2}=f_{n+1}+f_n for n1n\ge1. Prove that the area of the triangle with the sides f2n+1,f2n+2,\sqrt{f_{2n+1}},\sqrt{f_{2n+2}}, and f2n+3\sqrt{f_{2n+3}} is equal to 12\frac12.
