Problem Statement

Find all functions f:Q→Qf: \mathbb Q \to \mathbb Q such that f(x^{2}\plus{}y\plus{}f(xy)) \equal{} 3\plus{}(x\plus{}f(y)\minus{}2)f(x) for all x,y∈Qx,y \in \mathbb Q.
