Problem Statement

The polynomial xk+a1xk1+a2xk2+...+akx^k + a_1x^{k-1} + a_2x^{k-2} +... + a_k has kk distinct real roots. Show that a12>2ka2k1a_1^2 > \frac{2ka_2}{k-1}.
