Problem Statement

An equilateral pentagon AMNPQAMNPQ is inscribed in triangle ABCABC such that MABM\in\overline{AB}, QACQ\in\overline{AC}, and N,PBCN,P\in\overline{BC}. Let SS be the intersection of MN\overleftrightarrow{MN} and PQ\overleftrightarrow{PQ}. Denote by \ell the angle bisector of MSQ\angle MSQ.
Prove that OI\overline{OI} is parallel to \ell, where OO is the circumcenter of triangle ABCABC, and II is the incenter of triangle ABCABC.
