Problem Statement

A convex quadrilateral ABCDABCD is said to be dividable if for every internal point PP, the area of △PAB\triangle PAB plus the area of △PCD\triangle PCD is equal to the area of △PBC\triangle PBC plus the area of △PDA\triangle PDA. Characterize all quadrilaterals which are dividable.
