Problem Statement

Let N1N_1 be the answer to problem 1.
On square JHMTJHMT, point XX lies on HM‾\overline{HM}, and point YY is the intersection point of lines JMJM and TXTX. Assume that TYXY=5\tfrac{TY}{XY}=\sqrt5 and the area of △XYM\triangle{XYM} is N1N_1. Compute the area of △JYT\triangle{JYT}.
