Problem Statement

Define the inverse of triangle ABCABC with respect to a point OO in the following way: construct the circumcircle of ABCABC and construct lines AOAO, BOBO, and COCO. Let AA' be the other intersection of AOAO and the circumcircle (if AOAO is tangent, then let A=AA' = A). Similarly define BB' and CC'. Then ABCA'B'C' is the inverse of ABCABC with respect to OO. Compute the area of the inverse of the triangle given in the plane by A(6,21)A(-6, -21), B(23,10)B(-23, 10), C(16,23)C(16, 23) with respect to O(1,3)O(1, 3).
