Problem Statement

Let ABCABC be a triangle with incenter II. Points EE and FF are on segments ACAC and BCBC respectively such that, AE=AIAE=AI and BF=BIBF=BI. If EFEF is the perpendicular bisector of CICI, then ACB\angle{ACB} in degrees can be written as mn\frac{m}{n} where mm and nn are co-prime positive integers. Find the value of m+nm+n.
