Problem Statement

ABCABC is a triangle inscribed in a circle, and EE is the mid-point of the arc subtended by BCBC on the side remote from AA. If through EE a diameter EDED is drawn, show that the measure of the angle DEADEA is half the magnitude of the difference of the measures of the angles at BB and CC.
